Refund Policy

we are grateful for the generous donations we receive from our supporters. However we understand that circumstances may arise where a donor wishes to request a refund. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

All donations are non-refundable and are considered a gift to our organization to support our mission and programs. We do not offer refunds for donations made unless there has been an error in processing the donation or the donor has been mistakenly charged twice for the same donation. In such cases, we will promptly issue a refund upon receipt of written notification from the donor within thirty (30) days of the donation date. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for reasons other than errors in processing or duplicate charges. Donors are encouraged to contact us directly at lokendrasingh84459@gmail.com
